-creating and carrying out an indepth social first strategy for the financial year -creative thinking towards my channel and campaigns -developing plans for campaigns -liaising with teams across the business to boost campaigns to new levels -debriefs and evaluating performance of campaigns -analytical evaluation of my own channel performance

Responsibilities
Yes, we were treated as though we were full time employees. I even had the chance to go to an event in LA on my own, which felt incredible to be so trusted. The brand is really built on trust and allowing you to fail fast and learn plenty!
Support & Guidance
Support was just the right amount. I wasn't hand held, allowing me to think for myself, but when I needed it I was well supported and provided with sufficient training sessions.
Culture
Incredible! The Summer and Christmas party was amazing and just day to day is amazing too, from creative brainstorms where literally the best idea wins no matter who it came from and the fact that we have such easy access to people higher in the business is really inspiring!

I loved my experience. It couldn't have been better!
Yes
Go for it! Be yourself. As a student we don't have masses of experience so they are really just looking for someone that will bring energy and be willing to work hard. Show your personality and try not to stress too much over what you know or don't know, the placement is all about growth.
