Overview
I deal with whatever needs checking in the morning with my team on a rota schedule, Cheques, Reports etc. Then, I begin to deal with the customers and whatever is needed, whether that is constructing an ALIE, On-boarding new customers etc.
Skills
I have really developed my social skills and confidence levels by dealing with customers on a day-to-day basis and further heightened my abilities in banking.
Responsibilities
yes, Handelsbanken is an extremely decentralised bank and this leads to every worker having a lot of responsibility and automony.
Support & Guidance
A significant amount, when I required assistance, I was granted it.
Culture
There was a lot of team building in the form of fun lunches and everybody was extremely nice and made me feel very welcome.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it a lot as I was expecting less meaningful work, I would love to come back.

Mindset is the key, even if you are unsure about what you are doing, if you maintain a strong positive attitude and try your best, nobody would be upset with you.
