Overview
Working in store ranges from bakery, to non-food set up and managing the shift. Then in the warehouse you get the opportunity to experience picking and shadowing a assistant team manager on a shift. Within HR, you sift through applications and carry out telephone interviews. Finally in puppy chain you work with all different teams in controlling orders and ordering.
Skills
I have gained leadership, developed my willingness to learn and strengthened my confidence.
Responsibilities
You are given responsibility when managing a shift alone as well as caring out numerous projects throughout the year,
Support & Guidance
The support and guidance is huge. Not only do you get support from the teams and everyone around you, the training consultant meets with you monthly to discuss development.
Culture
Everyone is warm, welcoming and friendly. The approachable and fun atmosphere enhances job satisfaction.
