    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • The job involved a lot of protein purification and protein quality control to deliver the proteins for other laboratories around the organization. I worked in the large team of more than 20 scientists that was later divided into three teams.

    Skills

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?

    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • The general atmosphere is supportive for students ( although it is hard to judge about the entire organization when you have worked there just in one team for one year). There are personal development courses that help you to achieve your professional goal. So you spend 90 of time to get to the result of your study and approximately 10% of time is dedicated for personal development, which is very good for early career development.
