Helping support the business by analysing customer data to give help us understand as much as we can about our customers and their buying behaviour. Insights gathered would be used to help drive business decisions
Skills
Yes, mainly my analytical skills and some research skills too. Non role-specific skills also include presentation skills, general communication with stakeholders and organisation
Responsibilities
I was given more responsibility than I could've asked for. I always felt as though I was a full-time employee and never once felt like an intern that was just there to make up the numbers
Support & Guidance
A lot. I had regular conversations with my manager about development and general day to day queries so never felt like I was left on my own
Culture
Amazing! Everyone there respects one another and are all driven in a number of ways. Everyone is treated equally regardless of their role and the environment is just generally a very fun and sociable one to be part of
Your Impressions
Massively, it was the best thing I did during my 4 years at university
Yes
Be yourself and get involved in as much as you possibly can
