Overview
Working on the front lines of the business to build and maintain relationships with customers, channel their feedback into product development, and drive profit for the company. Ensuring clients are using the powerful functions on the Bloomberg Terminal to the best of their ability – and have the support they need to make big business decisions.
Skills
Communication skills, sales skills, objection-handling.
Responsibilities
A lot of responsibility; two weeks in we were calling clients directly, independently. We worked autonomously.
Support & Guidance
I was hugely supported by my mentors and managers throughout. There was always somebody to help. My superiours reached out regularly.
Culture
The company culture is very healthy. People are kind, supportive, open to networking. Bloomberg encourages networking and transparency.

I enjoyed it for the most part. The work itself is monotonous, but everything else is perfect.
