The Role
My team welcomed me from day 1, granted it was difficult to get used to the working lifestyle but the effort you put in you see in results.
I always felt like one of the team, and i could talk to anyone at any time which was great.
I work in the events side of the business, so my work was generally ad-hoc with very few monthly and daily routines. However when it came to event time it was very busy and i liked being pushed to work to a time limit.
The department i worked in were always busy so projects were given to me to manage by myself which was great. It was daunting at first but i thrived off the experience and the outcome of my work was great.
I know that i want to work in this area of business, so what i have learnt will be a great help to me. I also was given the opportunity to undertake training sessions whenever i had free time, so i learnt to use new programmes and learn more about the marketing world!
The Company
In such a fast pace moving department we had to had a good sense of humour otherwise stress would get to you, so my team were always happy. The rest of the office were a little quieter but still friendly nonetheless.
