Calling clients, liaising with teams, shadowing professionals, developing projects, self-studying to improve the knowledge of the financial sector.

I received plenty of guidance and whenever I had doubts team leaders and mentors were always available
Culture
The company culture is amazing, it is really open and there is an interest in workers as people. The hierarchy is really flat and they support minority communities.
