Responsibilities
I was given just the right amount of responsibility I would say. I managed to split my time very well and finished my project timely. I never had to work long hours and I feel like my time was well invested
Support & Guidance
Every intern has a manager, a mentor, and a buddy. Moreover, there are support groups internally and people are very helpful whichever way you look.
Culture
Online, it was a little different from in-person, but everyone was great and the atmosphere was relaxed and inclusive. Nobody would look at you from above just because you are new, which is a common thing in other companies.
