Overview
Each intern was given an individual project to work on for the 10 weeks. Day to day I would catch up with my mentor/buddy/manager, work on analysis and reach out to other members of the team with questions. The project will fit into the wider work of your team somehow.

Yes! I drove the direction of my project, and it was real work that one of the new grads will take on after I leave

As much as I needed. I met my mentor everyday and buddy/manager everyweek. And everyone on the team was really happy to help whenever I reached out

Supportive, with strong emphasis on your development. People take the work seriously but don't take themselves too seriously
