Responsibilities
Loads! Given an entire project for myself. Assistance was given by other team members, but the strategy and final proposal for the project was driven by me and manager gave me full autonomy to go about the project as I saw fit.
Support & Guidance
Very regular assistance. Even when working from home, my mentor, buddy and manager were very eager to help and could be messaged to organise ad hoc meetings to solve any immediate problems. Alongside this, regular meetings were organisers for updates and guidance.
Culture
Great atmosphere. Felt very integrated in the team from the get go.
