    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • LBG’s culture is unmatched, they are very diverse whilst still maintaining inclusivity. I felt as though I was genuinely supported in both developing my current skills as well as learning new ones. I was further allowed the option to learn using well-known course providers (free of charge). Furthermore, you are left to be responsible to complete your own work at your pace (which can really alleviate stress)!
