Overview
Daily meetings with creative agencies to curate deliverables for communications. Looking at data for key markets to establish strategy. Creating homogenous but tailorable assets for key markets.
Skills
I developed my skills in presenting and being specific in proposals, where ideas are aligned with a brands identity. I have also developed in my ability to communicate clearly, understanding how to put ideas forward in a structured and easy to follow manner.
Responsibilities
I was given a level of responsibility that was fitting for my role and that also challenged me just over what I was accustomed to.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support and guidance during my internship. When I found certain conversations confusing or didn't understand terms or phrases, I was encouraged to ask questions and given tools to help me understand aspects of the work I would be involved with.
Culture
The company culture was very friendly and adopts an environment of constant learning, creativity, team work and collaboration.
Your Impressions
I quite enjoyed my time working at Axe in the global team, I learnt a lot and was exposed to a career and many other career options that I enjoy and would like to learn more about and experience.
