    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • role: digital intern working in a data science squad on one of the bp products As teams are generally split US/UK meetings tend to start after midday. Mornings were dedicated to research and independent work (online learning/training at first and then programming, preparing presentations, testing digital products). Most of this time (60% is spent on your intern project(s) and the rest on smaller tasks). Afternoons were spent in meetings - daily standups and also time with specialists discussing the products or getting help / asking questions.
