Overview
Worked in a one of the product teams at Redgate. Involved development and testing of the products the team is responsible for. Participated in daily stand-ups, retro in an agile environment. Joined user research call with project managers and designers. Daily coding experience involves pair programming and mob programming.
Skills
Yes, I learned a lot from the internship. On technical side, I learned C#, .Net, Git, Azure, CI/CD, Kubernetes. I also learned about agile software development and gained collaboration and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
Yes, I worked as a full member of the team.
Support & Guidance
I received sufficient guidance and support from my line manager, and tech lead.
Culture
It's pretty friendly and great. It's flexible so there's a need to be self-driven
