Overview
We met some NatWest Group team and learnt about the company's values and purpose. We met graduates who were once in our position and were able to ask them questions through a Q&A. We were also involved in group exercises and tasks that enabled us to network with current employees and with like-minded individuals.
Skills
I have developed communication skills through talking over zoom in front of 70 people. i have developed my teamwork skills through tackling tasks in groups of around 6 people.
Business Insight
