Overview
Each day involved different talks and sessions from a range of employees. Sessions involved learning about NatWest's purpose, the employee-led networks in the business, diversity & inclusion at the business and also meeting current employees in the business area you applied for and meeting employees on the grad scheme in the bisienss area also.
Skills
Helped improve my softer skills such as group work, presenting and pitching. It has also helped me learn networking skills as I wasn't very proficient at this previuosly. I now know the importance of it
Business Insight
It was very informative and eye-opening as you were able to hear it directly from the graduates and employees so it was a first habde experience. I have definitely gained a deeper understanding of the roles within the business area
Culture
The culture at NatWest is very diverse and inclusive. There are a lot of opportunities within the vomapny to network and socialise with people in other business areas. Lots of events and networks you cvan get involved in regrdless of your job role.
Your Impressions
I very much enjoyed the experience and felt it had a great lay out and structure. The team leading the experience were very friendly and encouraging. The information we were getting was presented well and wasn't tedious.

Research about the comapny fully. NatWest is a purpose-led comapany and will be looking to see if your purposes align with their so show them it does. Be genuine and honest as they encourage people to be themselves within the company. There are four stages of the application so take your time and do each one to the best of your ability
