Overview
Had the opportunity to speak to a range of employees in our chosen division and got to learn in-depth the purpose of the bank and wider diversity/inclusion initiatives.

We had the opportunity to discover which roles within the division were most suited to our skill sets as well as what a career within the company would look like.

A very open-minded culture which promoted transparency and encouraged participation in employee-led networks etc.

I very much enjoyed the time that was afforded to us by employees to answer all of our questions and it was a great opportunity to evaluate whether the company’s values align with your own.
