Overview
The days comprised of deep-dive sessions into NatWest's Purpose as a bank and how they seek to address current issues in the world. It also involved sessions on our specific business area where we could network with the employees and graduates. The breakout group activities made the entire experience very interesting.
Skills
I have definitely improved my communication and networking skills. It was absolutely wonderful to have connected with other students across different universities and degrees.
Business Insight
I was able to get a deeper understanding of the variety of roles that lie in my business area and how they differ from one another as well.
Culture
It is very inclusive and diverse. I felt really comfortable reaching out to the managers and asking any questions I had.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed it. It included a multitude of different events throughout the week that kept us engaged. Some of the activities challenged us to think above and beyond. Overall it was exciting and fun.
