Overview
It involved connecting with members of the Natwest group and learning more about a specific field that we could go into with the bank. There were several different sessions, smaller and larger groups and a focus on community.
Skills
Yes, I've learnt how to approach an assessment center which is really useful as I've not had much experience of this in the past.
Business Insight
It was really good to see all the different pathways available to us and how they all were related. There were many different people from different sectors, and we were free to ask questions and engage with others who were interested in similar jobs.
Culture
Very friendly and approachable. Felt like you were able to ask about career paths and personal experiences of working at Natwest.
Your Impressions
It was much better than other online sessions I've attended. The days were not too long so you weren't spending hours just staring at your screen and listening to someone talk - it was much more interactive and so more enjoyable than I was expecting!
Yes
Showing that you have an interest in the company and a willingness to learn. You don't have to have loads of technical ability but approach with the right attitude.
