Overview
Provide Project Management Support including responsibilities in the following areas: Financial Management, Risks & Issues, Action Updates, Minute Taking, any Ad hoc duties
Skills
I have completed the Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner and Cognitive Practitioner badges, whilst working my way towards IBM Agile Explorer. I have also completed an Introduction to Python and Python for Beginners courses. The 5 key competencies I have chosen are time management, task prioritisation, collaboration, proactivity, responsibility.
Responsibilities
I got given the responsibility of running my first solo project, which involved the removal of IBM kit from a Sheffield Training Room which was no longer under contract. Tracking procurement of the items required for building the new Data Centres
Support & Guidance
Line manager and wider team, other colleagues were available to reach out to.
Culture
Difficult to gauge as the whole year was spent working from home, but my direct teams had a very strong bond

I enjoyed my first taste of working life, but unfortunately I never got to meet any of my colleagues in person due to COVID
