yes - I had the opportunity to lead development engine testing independently in test cells
Support & Guidance
reasonable amount. I had to look and ask a lot of questions but once I'd made my keenness clear, many were happy to give help
Culture
hard to judge online. the few days I was on site, whenever a lot of colleagues were also present, definite sense of inclusion and belonging.

enjoyed it hugely, although had to make the absolute most of every small opportunity, bearing in mind the working from home situation
