Overview
Helping team with deal work related to both pitching and execution. Mostly providing support to juniors where needed and making managing workload easier for them. Multiple deals and workstreams to keep up with so workload can be heavy. Some teach in sessions with members across the bank.
Skills
Technical skills using platforms such as Factset and CapIQ. Observing interactions of bankers with clients, communication.
Responsibilities
Placed on live deals and tasked with execution work which was sent to the client. Given chance to communicate with both clients and other banks. Lots of responsibility at an intern level, not just working in the shadows.
Support & Guidance
Difficult to get hold of some members of team due to their workload. Support and guidance at times limited but natural considering it was virtual.
Culture
Friendly.
Your Impressions
