Overview
Pulling out reports and analysing big data sets (data checks). Taking lead of projects, for example a communication platform for managers and HR professionals across 20+ countries - creating learning content for the communication platform. Communicating with suppliers and managing purchase orders. Communicating with employees across the world and working on projects, initiatives and strategical work.
Skills
Presenting, professionalism, how to network, using initiative, how to become a high performer, understanding cultural differences and collaborating across the world.
Responsibilities
My mangers and I worked on a trust basis. I was not micromanaged, i was trusted to use my initiative, trusted to reach out for help if i needed it, get on with my tasks and projects whilst always feeling supported by my manager.
Support & Guidance
An abundance of support and guidance. We have an opportunity to select a mentor for guidance, this mentor can provide insightful knowledge on how to progress during and after your internship. Support was provided from all of the teams i supported, i was able to reach out to anyone in compensation and benefits and receive a helpful response
Culture
The company culture is great, as we are such a global and friendly team, we have a great atmosphere.
