Overview
As an Intern I am brought in on multiple projects and spend my day generally working with other interns as well as other PepsiCo employees to deliver projects that will benefit the wider company.
Skills
I have learnt how the working world works, and how to work with stakeholders, by taking requirements, presenting the project and acting on feedback. I have also improved my soft skills.
Responsibilities
I was given some projects to manage myself as well as being given ownership of my own tasks in larger projects.
Support & Guidance
As much as need, I have mentors and managers as well as anyone else you ask for advice.
Culture
Amazing they promote a great worklife balance as well as everyone is so approachable and there to support you.
