Overview
Completing design tasks for multiple people, often lasting a few weeks or a few days each. 1 day of in-person working, the rest of the week online. Being in conversion with colleagues of all different ages/levels.
Skills
Yes, developed my knowledge in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator
Responsibilities
Yes, working on documents to hopefully later be published meant a higher level of responsibility. When other members of the BH team requested my design skills I was responsible for completing their requests at a very high standard.
Support & Guidance
Everyone that I interacted with was happy to help me out with any support requests. More frequent check in calls could have been beneficial but overall I knew that if I needed anything, someone would be there to help.
Culture
Friendly and warm from those that I met. I only met a handful of the team members (via zoom/in person) however
