Responsibilities
Yes I have responsibility to create and set my own hours and attend meetings. I have been given objectives to hit over the summer and have set my own timeline. I continue to work on my own initiative while communicating with mentor on a regular basis. I have been given a lot of responsibility.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support and guidance. I meet with my manager 3 times per week and my mentor everyday to provide updates on my work. I have also had the pleasure of shadowing my team mates work over the summer which was great guidance for my work.
Culture
The company has a creative culture and promotes innovation. My team are always looking for new ideas that will support our stakeholders in the finance department and push us to be creative with our new ideas.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed my internship experience. I loved meeting and working with people in the US and India. I am curious about other parts of the world and have learnt a lot from them and what their culture is like.
Yes
I would advise them to apply if they value creativity and innovation. If they do they should show this during the interview. I would also advise them to apply if they value diversity and inclusiveness because Adobes core values depend on it.
