    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
  • The day started with an overview of the bank and the programs on offer, given by the Future Talent Team. There was then a graduate panel, with graduates from different divisions explaining their roles, with a Q&A following. There was also a talk from a senior manager, in which he explained his career to date and his role with the bank, again, finishing with a Q&A. Finally, there was a talk with the employee-run networks within the bank, which demonstrated how the bank ensures inclusion
