Your Impressions
I couldnt reccomend the Lidl placement enough. In the 11 months i was there I have gained valuable experience to take on into my final year of university and my future. I am also still working for the company part time through my final year which is a great opportunity to broaden my experience.
Yes
Willingness to learn is key. Also having a passion for a fast paced environment and development within the business also helps. Doing a business degree helps but they do accept other areas of interest
