Learning about the firm! This included learning about its work, its people, and its D&I policies.

Yes! My commercial awareness was furthered, as were my communications skills. The importance of networking was also highlighted.

Great amount. The Graduate Recruitment Team was clear with instructions and details, and my mentor was very supportive.
Culture
Genuinely lovely. A&O's reputation as being comprised of rounded and friendly people is true. The firm produces outstanding work while not mistreating the people that make that possible.

Be commercially aware and genuinely interested in the work the firm does. If you combine this with a friendly and hardworking nature, you should stand a great chance of getting onto the scheme.
