Overview
The virtual experience gave us insight into the different areas of the Bank. We got to speak with a number of BoE employees and find out more about their career journey and daily work.
Skills
I learned about what skills I need to further develop ahead of my application and about how the Bank supports skill development throughout one's employment there.
Business Insight
It was very helpful for me to better plan how to approach the applications in the roles I am interested in.
Culture
The atmosphere was friendly and encourage effective work as well as taking breaks from work in order to be more productive in the future.
