  • Very friendly and helpful culture. Staff would be very helpful when I messaged to ask for help or information and people would go out of their way to help.

  • Try to stand out when applying. Have strong customer experience examples to talk about in interviews. During the assesment day stand out, network with the assessors and contribute a lot in the group activities
