Overview
Facilitating workshops with product managers and engineers to help define and draft objectives for services. Work on creating a service catalogue to be shared with the wider business
Skills
Learnt better presentation and communication skills. Gained more experience in using Excel and PowerPoint. Gained more team working experience
Responsibilities
Had responsibility when presenting monthly operations to the senior leadership team Had responsibility for creating a service catalogue that would be used by the wider business
Support & Guidance
Had a lot of support. Met daily with line manager, weekly with business coordinator and had a personal buddy to support and answer questions. Also a student quality improvement group to raise any concerns or issues
Culture
Very friendly and helpful culture. Staff would be very helpful when I messaged to ask for help or information and people would go out of their way to help.
Your Impressions
Very much enjoyed the internship. Gained a lot of valuable skills and experience and networked with a vast range of people. The work was very engaging and felt that I was really making a difference to the business

Try to stand out when applying. Have strong customer experience examples to talk about in interviews. During the assesment day stand out, network with the assessors and contribute a lot in the group activities
