Overview
As a renewals sales specialist, I was required to renew the contracts of the digital experience customers at Adobe.
Skills
The main skill I learnt was how to provide exceptional customer services as on many occasions, I shadowed the senior employees to get a understanding of how to answer each objection & problem that a customer may have while their contracted to Adobe.
Responsibilities
I was given plenty of responsibility which gradually increased during the time I was working there.
Support & Guidance
I had a fantastic team at Adobe who always provided support & guidance when I needed it.
Culture
Adobe is truly an incredible company that offer so many benefits to all their employees which was truly appreciated & allowed me to settle it quickly.
