Overview
Communicate with the team about the opportunities that are sizzling. Daily meetings to discuss what tasks need to be completed for that day, support Account Executives and work on my year-long project.
Skills
I have learnt how to network which has been hugely beneficial. As well as developing skills I already have such as organisation, interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
Yes, I have a high level of responsibility but it was over a short time where I felt prepared and knew that I could handle it.
Support & Guidance
I have received more support than I was expecting, I have weekly 1:1 with my manager where we talk about the previous week and I can share if I feel I need to be pushed or if I need further support.
Culture
The culture is one of the best parts of Adobe. They treat their employers incredibly well which positively contributes to the atmosphere in Adobe.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my placement and that's all down to the team and the support I have received throughout.
