Overview
I supported the hr consultants in hr project work such as TUPEs, redundancies and change projects. I also created, maintained and analysed people data for managing different metrics such sickness absence, holidays, employment relation case management etc.

Yes I have, I developed my communication skills, teamwork, project management, TUPEs, redundancies, data analysis etc
Responsibilities
Yes I was involved in a lot of projects and took lead in some of them.
Support & Guidance
My line manager was very supportive of my personal development and colleagues and other senior managers I worked with or reached out to were also very supportive during my internship at Siemens.
Culture
The company culture at Siemens is amazing. There is an emphasis on 'growth mindset' and collaboration. Employee wellbeing is very important and there is immense support for new starters as well.
Your Impressions
My expectations were greatly exceeded. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Siemens.

Put in a good solid application and when you get in give it your best shot. Go beyond your job description, look for opportunities to develop yourself and help your team, take advantage of the experienced people in your team to help or mentor you, reach out to senior colleagues and enjoy your time there.
