Overview
Completing design packs, attending meetings, experiencing construction and test and creating spreadsheets to manage progress of designs

I developed professional communication skills, management skills and organisation skills. My confidence grew a lot also.

Your Impressions
I enjoyed it more when it was less working from home and lock down was lifted. Most of it was sitting in my room at home which wasn't the fault of the company.
Yes
You get what you make from it. You get out what you put in. If you don't put in the effort then the experience won't be beneficial but if you put in the work then you'll thrive.
