Overview
Coordinating of SIMOS ServiceNow support for the Siemens Railigent system and the applications it houses to ensure the performance and stability of services provided through Railigent. This includes managing user calls raised through the Railigent support ticketing system (SIMOS) from initial issue capture, through investigation, resolution & closure with the user.

A lot i was trained by the previous intern and my manager before my first day and this enabled me to get running quite early on.

As it was mainly from home, it is hard to answer this question, but it is a great company with great values and the people I worked with actively thrived for you to create your best work.

I enjoyed the placement a lot and I was opportune to be able to stay on part time during the last year of my course which is great.
