Overview
My day would consist predominen TLC in assisting with office based work. I would be answering the phone and helping with enquiries which ranged from day to day. I would help the agents attend market appraisals. On some days I was able to go out and conduct viewings at the property’s. I would help answer email enquiries. Also managing vendors, viewing clerks and viewers times and availability.
Skills
I have learnt how to use Reapit, a statement used in the property sector. I developed my telephone skills, before this placement I had never had an office based job and learning how so deal with enquiries was a great skill learnt. I developed my organisation and time management, when people wanted to view properties organising who would show them round and finding a time to fit both.
Responsibilities
Yes!! I was given more than I thought I would get, and right from the beginning. This was great as it really pushed me to reach my full potential. It also filled me with confidence as my colleagues trusted my ability in what o could do and achieve. Being given this responsibility really enabled me to develop all my skill and gave me a true insight into the industry.
Support & Guidance
Amazing level of support and guidance. Nothing was ever too much to ask and I feel every aspect was extremely well explained. I was also given experience in many different areas, and all were just as supportive as the other! Great team to work with
Culture
The company is so neutering and inclusive. Everyone wants everyone to achieve and the nurturing atmosphere makes you feel extremely welcome and included.
