Skills
My level of troubleshooting and problem solving skills has improved immensely which has also improved my confidence overall during my time in Gymshark. With loads of friendly and approachable staff, this improved my ability to communicate with people with confidence. Further new skills/qualities developed: - Became more Service-oriented - Became more customer-focused - I became more Adapable - Able to work under pressure a lot easily - Improved on my interpersonal & influencing skills - Learnt how to troubleshoot effectively
Responsibilities
- Installation of Network devices - Answering FAQs - Troubleshooting technical difficulties for the organisation - Train and Onboard new members of staff - Issuing out equipment for staff. My manager and the rest of team allowed me to take responsibility for above tasks and they allowed to work independently for any first line support tasks.
Support & Guidance
My manager and my team always looked out for me and checked to see how I'm getting on, providing me the support for any day to day tasks. Furthermore, we all have our daily morning meetings, so I was never left out and I was always part of the team.
Culture
Fantastic! Everyone is approachable and friendly. Gymshark is culture first and I have witnessed that! Honestly the best environment to be in and the general atmosphere is amazing! This enabled me to work to the best of my ability!

I loved every single day of my time there! The work life, the people I've met, the culture at Gymshark is amazing! I would love to come back to experience that again!
