Overview
Introductory meetings with almost all of the team, horizon scanning for regulatory change developments, multiple presentations, classroom based learning and shadowing multiple departments.
Skills
Developed skills include: communication, organisational, presentation, analysis, regulatory knowledge, team work and initiative.
Responsibilities
Yes, had to make a monthly bulletin to be distributed to different departments. Also had to creat a research project from scratch and present it to a large group.
Support & Guidance
Plenty of support, weekly check-ins from multiple people and great opportunities to ask questions.
Culture
Close-knit, very welcoming, good level of accountability whilst creating a less stressful atmosphere. The culture can be likened to a family.

Yes
Be honest about your interests and motivations for when interviewing. They want everyone to succeed, so don’t feel pressured. The culture isn’t like what one would expect of big banks, everyone is kind and friendly and there is nothing to fear!
