Skills
Yes, very much. I started with almost no substantial knowledge about banking finance and finished with a broad overview and a deeper understanding as well as better Excel, PowerPoint and people skills.
Responsibilities
Partly. I was given responsibility over certain projects within the bigger scheme
Support & Guidance
I had a mentor that was very engaging and helpful, who would check-in to see how i was doing and was very approachable. The whole team in fact was very welcoming and one of the reasons I had such an enjoyable experience.
Culture
The company culture was very positive and welcoming overall. A lot of people were very interested in the interns on a personal level and I had many meaningful conversations even with higher-ups.

I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend anyone to do it as well.
Yes
