Overview
Team meetings, work in the lab (sample preparation, analysis, etc...), data processing, writing up, prepare presentations for meetings
Skills
I had plenty of opportunities to further develop both my technical skills and in-depth knowledge in a various range of analytical techniques. I also developed soft skills such as problem-solving, time management, written and spoken communication and extended my proficiency as a scientist by presenting my work to other scientist and wider teams.
Responsibilities
After a thorough 2 months training programme, I was given a lot of responsabilities: method development and validation for example.
Support & Guidance
Everyone iseally busy but always ready to help. I had bi-weekly meetings with my supervisor and minthly meetings with my line manager.
Culture

Your Impressions
I was given very good opportunities to learn and develop new skills. I extend my proficiency as a scientist. I was truly considered as a fully integrated member of the team and not just a student. My work was valued and I was able to make great contributions to multiple projects.
