Overview
Working with colleagues across marketing teams across the Business and working on a range of projects across corporate and investment banking, as well as Barclaycard. Day to day tasks included attending and leading meetings, independent work, 1 to 1 telephone calls and data analysis of market data.

Responsibilities
Yes, I was given responsibility through the opportunities to present my work to senior colleagues and external stakeholders, as well as to my line manager. My work was used by the company, so it felt I had a good amount of responsibility
Support & Guidance
My line manager and day to day contact were great, checking in with me and supporting me, as well as helping me to connect with others across the company
Culture
A really caring atmosphere and culture, unlike what I had expected from a corporate bank. Barclays showed me that they really care about their employees.
Your Impressions
I loved my internship at Barclays and got so much out of the 8 weeks I spent there, it didn't even make a difference that the experience was virtual, it was so interactive and engaging.
