Overview
I worked as a Research intern supporting my direct lead with existing research studies and progressing to conducting and deploying my own. I took on other responsibilities such as creating slide training for agencies, and creating training videos for cross-functional teams.
Skills
I was able to expand on my knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research, of which I'd only had a little experience of before. I was also able to further develop my presentation skills through research deployment sessions.
Responsibilities
Yes - I was given full responsibility of multiple research projects which were used to enhance Brand Strategy narratives and support client conversations.
Support & Guidance
I received sufficient guidance from my direct lead throughout my internship. There could have been more around general ways of working and intern-specific procedures, e.g. pay and time logging
Culture
Company culture and atmosphere was generally welcoming
