Overview
Check consistency between prices agreed with clients and the internal Barclays System Assess new strategies to increase margin on the operational products Propose less but clearer products Refund analysis to assess the bank will perform less refunds due to humane mistakes

Responsibilities
As an intern, I was very lucky to be exposed to senior bankers and to be involved in the team meetings. I leaded on several projects on a time so I had to be able to adjust my calendar and prioritise the tasks.
Support & Guidance
My line manager was absolutely great and helpful and never refused to help on any topics ! IT was a little bit harder as I had a lot of issues
Culture
The culture was very great: giving responsibilities to interns, taking time to explain new topics, give time to have a balanced life
