Overview
Picking up daily queries from employees and resolving them Weekly team meetings with team, and with manager, and with buddy Working closely with other teams in the business to solve problems Building knowledge on a specialism and being responsible for helping team members with queries relating to this Working on projects to improve processes.
Skills
Communication skills developed hugely- via email, teams calls, with both employees and stakeholders. Prioritization skills developed and time management: dealing with many different queries and keeping track of all cases. Problem solving skills- thinking of solutions to new queries, new issues that I have not seen before, as well how to improve current processes.
Responsibilities
Given equal responsibility to any other team member: involvement in all team discussions, exposure to the business, many meaningful tasks and given the chance to make my own contribution in the role.
Support & Guidance
Couldn't ask for more support. Buddy who met with me daily to begin with, then weekly. Weekly 1 to 1 meetings with manager. Multiple team meetings within a week with the chance to ask questions. Constant communication every day with team members to ask for support or questions.
