I have learnt a lot about finance in general as originally have an engineering background. I have learnt to network and to work as part of a team

Yes, at Wells Fargo you really belong to the team and help with real tasks that are currently being done by full time members

The weekly professional development sessions really helped, especially if workload was very intense one week we could always talk to those who ran these sessions

It’s a lovely company to work for, really friendly and everyone is willing to help out!
