Overview
- Interned in the Wholesale (CIB) Lending Group - Produced a Guide on the Refund Process for Corporate Banking loans, integrated into a wider Standard Operating Procedure (SOP); the project involved coordinating a team, extracting the relevant information, standardizing the process and formalizing the document - Analysed data included in monthly reports on the progress of key processes within the Bank

I was given much responsibility, as I was responsible for a small project assigned just to me
