Overview
Shadowed various team members, sat in on meetings, took part in a group project where we had to make a presentation about what compliance was.
Skills
Excel and PowerPoint skills vastly improved aswell as overall knowledge of how banks work
Responsibilities
Yes I was given lots of independent tasks to carry out early on and was expected to use my imitative about completing things I was new to.
Support & Guidance
There were always team members available to help when needed.
Culture
Very friendly and chilled, people wouldn’t get mad if you made small mistakes they were just ready to help you improve, all managers and team members were very nice and inclusive.
