Overview
Replying to emails from customers and answering phone calls. Providing customers with details of their leases. Putting customers forward for finance - either accepted or declined. Reviewing business accounts to see whether a company is suitable for finance.

I was given the same amount of responsibility as everyone else in my trans who, for some, have been there 20+ years. I was treated as part of the team and not just an intern.
